Jewett, Inc. was formed on April 26, 1990, in Florida. We are a small family business. We have been preparing taxes for over 30 years for both personal and businesses alike. We strive to become very familiar with our clients during this tax preparation process, providing the best possible outcome for our clients. Most of our clients have been with us for a least 20 years, with some still with us from the beginning. We highly value our clients and the trust they place in us to complete their income tax returns. We offer year-round income tax service for all types of income tax returns on the federal and state level. We also offer tax planning and advice. Our tax planning and advice services are billed outside of our preparation fees at various hourly rates from $175.00 per hour up to $280.00 per hour. We look forward to welcoming you to our family!

Bruce H. Jewett

Bruce graduated from Kent State University with a 4-year degree in Accounting with specialization in tax preparation. He then moved to Florida where he worked for a tax preparation firm for a year. He then decided to branch out on his own and formed Jewett, Inc. He has been preparing both personal and business income taxes for over 37 years as well as providing timely tax advice to our clients. He resides in the Orlando, Florida area with his wife Michelle.

Jennifer Jewett Syme

Jennifer enjoys tax preparation for our clients and has completed the 2024 Annual Filing Season Program with the IRS. Completing 20 plus years in the Army Reserves has taught her organization, people skills, and that the only constant is change. Jennifer resides in Westfield Township, OH with her husband.

Harlan E. Jewett

Treasury • Financial Planner • Tax Preparer

Harlan has over twenty years tax preparation experience, has completed graduate courses in S-Corps, financial planning, stock selections and its tax implications. He holds several graduate degrees and specializes in environmental consulting for University of Akron Research Foundation. He is a retired Army Colonel. He is married, has two children, four grandchildren and lives in Medina, Ohio with his wife Dodie.

Delores G. Jewett

Delores has over twenty years of tax preparation experience and has completed professional tax preparation courses. She has a two-year degree in accounting and over 30 years of business accounting experience. She takes great care in assuring that your tax data is accurately entered into the database for proper professional data. She is married, has two children, four grandchildren and lives in Medina, Ohio with her husband Harlan.

Jessica M. Roth

Jessica graduated in 2019 from Ashland University with her MBA and undergraduate degree in accounting and finance. She became a licensed CPA in January of 2020. She currently resides in the Mansfield area with her husband, George.
